Working in private practice for over 10 years has enabled me to engage with a broad population and variety of issues.

I am particularly passionate about working with clients in the perinatal period. One in five expecting or new mums, and up to one in ten dads experience perinatal depression and anxiety.

First session...what to expect

Our first session is about getting to know you. It's about having someone listen to what's happening in your life, exploring some of the contributing factors, and together identifying what you would like to achieve through the sessions. From there I will develop a treatment plan tailored towards your needs, so that together we can achieve your goals.
